Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least professional certificate, Diploma/Advanced /Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as Front Office Manager or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of Customer Service, Office Management
  • Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Opera System is an advantage

Job Description

  • Constant Supervision of Front Office Operations and to ensure discipline and quality standards are adhered
  • Conducts briefings to ensure effective communication towards achieving departmental mission and objectives and effective operations
  • Ensure effective distribution of manpower with high productivity and low grievances
  • Ensure all VIP guest requirements are prepared and met
  • Constant contact with Housekeeping/Maintenance team in regards to daily VIP room requirements
  • Display effective managerial aptitude and good human relation skills. Exhibits situational leadership style, thus able to influence peers and superiors and command the respect of subordinates
  • Able to introduce changes and implementations of new ideas
  • Recommends improvements to Hotel Operations when deemed suitable
  • Works closely with Finance department
  • Constantly discuss with Human Resource on effective training needs based on resourceful approach
  • Represent Management in handling inquiries, complaints and compliments
  • Works together with other members of the Management Team in the interest of improving the standard service
